At HMHTrends, we operate using a dropshipping and white-label fulfillment model, which means products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and partners. Because of this, our return policy is structured carefully to ensure fairness to both customers and our business.
Please read this policy before placing your order.
1️⃣ Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged upon delivery

The product received is incorrect

The item has a manufacturing defect
-
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
To qualify:

The product must be unused

Must be in original packaging

Must include proof of purchase (Order Number)
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Situations
We do NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size selection (please review size guide carefully)

Minor color variations due to screen differences

Delays caused by courier services
-
Used or damaged items (caused by customer)
Because we operate on a dropshipping model, returns for reasons other than damage/defect cannot be processed.
3️⃣ Return Request Process
To request a return:

Explain the problem clearly
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
Do not return any product without approval.
4️⃣ Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

Refund will be processed after inspection confirmation.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is from our side).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be issued via:

5️⃣ Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After processing or shipment, cancellation is not possible.
6️⃣ Delivery & Fulfillment Notice
As a dropshipping and white-label store:

Products are shipped from different supplier warehouses.

Delivery time may vary depending on product and location within Pakistan.

Slight packaging differences may occur due to white-label sourcing.
We ensure quality checks before dispatch wherever possible.
