  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Because we operate as a white label and dropshipping store, products may ship directly from our partner warehouses.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update in the system.


5. Multiple Shipments

Since we work with multiple fulfillment partners:

  • Items in the same order may ship separately.

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

  • HMHTrends is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or returned packages due to incorrect details.

If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:
